An item has been opened and used, but only has minor cosmetic defects, this can be considered as excellent. Physical media still have full set including manuals, papers, vouchers, maps, guides and other materials.
Very good
Have more cosmetic defects than Excellent, but are still in great condition. There may be some scratches, light box jam, but nothing that affects the playability. Some of materials like redeem vouchers can be missed.
